NIRF 2024 rankings to be announced on August 12

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) will announce the NIRF India Ranking 2024 on August 12 at 3 pm. The complete list, categorized by different educational streams, will be available on the official website, nirfindia.org.

Highlights from Last Year:

• Top Institution:
  • Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM):
    • Ranked as the best higher education institution for the fifth consecutive year.
    • Held the top spot in the engineering category for the eighth year in a row.
    • Ranked as the second-best research institution, narrowly missing the top spot to the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru by 2.2 marks.
• Overall Top 10 Institutions:

  2. IISc Bengaluru
  3. IIT Delhi
  4. IIT Bombay
  5. IIT Kanpur
  6. AIIMS Delhi
